Wine farm | House in Penngrove

Our 3,200 square foot home is situated on a half- acre on a dead-end road. It's a great house for a large family or multiple families to share. It is a great place for an adult- only getaway or for adults traveling with children. We have lots of fun areas for kids; swings, sand box, etc. Also have baby gates at the top and bottom of the stairs. While theses features are great for families, they should not be bothersome to groups traveling without children.

Guest bedroom 1 (master bedroom): this bedroom has one king-sized bed with a top-quality Tempur-Pedic mattress. In the attached sitting-area portion of the bedroom there are toddler-sized bunk beds. These beds can accommodate two small children up to age 7 or maybe 8 depending on the child’s size. The master bedroom has a private bathroom with a claw-foot soaking tub, walk-in shower and two sinks.

Guest bedroom 2: this bedroom has one Queen-sized bed.

Guest bedroom 3: this bedroom has one Queen-sized bed. Additionally, you can find two single-sized sleeping cots located under this bed. These can easily be moved to any room in the house.

Guest bedroom 4: this bedroom has one Full-sized bed.

Upstairs common area: this common area has one twin-sized Day bed with a twin-sized trundle underneath as well as twin sized bunk beds. This room does not offer privacy.

Upstairs guest bathroom: this upstairs bathroom has a tub / shower combo plus double sinks.

Guest bedroom 5 (Downstairs): this bedroom has one Queen-sized bed.

Downstairs bathroom: this upstairs bathroom has a tub / shower combo.

Love the home but need more space? We have an additional unit, the Red Barn, that is seasonally available as an addition to the farmhouse. It's a 3bed/1bath located convienently close, conneced by the garden to farmhouse, message for rates & avaialbility!

Our home is located in rural Penngrove (1 hour north of San Francisco) which has a sweet, small "downtown" with a delicious cafe, pizzeria, a few bars, etc. We are a 10 minute drive from Petaluma, a charming town with fantastic restaurants, a great downtown, Lagunitas & other craft breweries, etc. 20/25 minutes to Sonoma, the heart of wine country! Short drive to other areas such as; the Russian River, Armstrong Redwoods, Santa Rosa, Marin County, Napa County, beautiful California beaches, Golden Gate Bridge / San Francisco, etc.
