Summary: We had the unfortunate experience of visiting the property during a period of heavy rain. There were some leaks in the ceiling, power outages, and elevator issues. After many attempts to get some assistance from the property manager without any success, we contacted the VRBO customer support line and were met with compassion, understanding, and results.
