Relax and take in these beautiful views and natural surrounding at our Woodland Retreat nestled in the breathtaking Running Y Ranch Resort. You will enjoy the wonderful trails, resort amenities with access to the award winning Arnold Palmer Golf Course, Sand Hill Spa and Ruddy Duck Restaurant. This location is great for day trips to Crater Lake, Lake of the Woods and other wonderful outdoor adventures.
In addition to the check-in information we ask that you enjoy our condo with the following tip and rules:
We are located in a resort residential community and, although this is a vacation/holiday resort destination, it's home to many people. As such, we ask that you respect their privacy and their right to a peaceful existence! Specifically, between the hours of 10pm and 8am noise should be kept to a minimum. If you have any issues with noise from our neighbors, please let us know and if need be we will contact the Home Owners Association to take care of any issues.
This is a smoke-free home, including the outside area surrounding property. Wild fires are a serious hazard and we want to ensure we do our part to prevent adding to the wild fire threat. No smoking of any substance, including vaping is permitted.
We love our fur babies (and everyone else's); and are happy to allow pets (dogs only, 2 max) in our property. A one time non-refundable pet fee will be required. Please ensure you select the "Pet" option when booking. Registered Service Animals (not Emotional Support Animals) are exempt from this fee per Federal Law as long as appropriate documentation is furnished; however, the costs of any damages caused by any animals to include Registered Service Animals will be charged to the guest as applicable.
We understand that sometimes accidents happen! Should you break anything please let us know immediately so we can get it fixed as soon as possible and minimize the impact on your stay - if it's minor we usually won't charge. If it's a larger issue (e.g. the TV screen!) we would like to agree on the cost with you before you leave to avoid any issues later. If booking via booking platform (AirBnb, VRBO, etc.) damages will be handled via the platform's damage/insurance claim policy. Thank you!
