Positive: This is a lovely vacation home - meticulously clean and well-stocked. We brought three teenage boys and the set-up was perfect. Everyone had plenty of space. There are three bathrooms, including one in the primary suite. The kitchen has everything you could want for cooking meals at home. There is a cozy fireplace and each room has a flat screen TV. Bikes and beach chairs are provided. The beds had fresh white linens and were extremely comfortable. The beach is a short walk away. We had a wonderful stay.

Negative: The primary suite faces Cape Kiwanda Drive and the biking / walking path that runs alongside it. It is a minor thing, but there is some noise and lack of privacy from traffic and pedestrians. Also, any time you open any door (deck, garage, front) the security system beeps loudly. It would be nice if this could be disarmed during your stay.

Summary: Clean, roomy, and comfortable stay near the beach.
