Travel Purpose: business
Positive: The personnel was really gentle. Although only one person out of all at the reception could speak English, all the rest found ways to communicate and help. Whatever problem appeared, they were very fast in fixing. The location and the area felt really safe. Lots of shops around, as well as 10 minutes walk from the closest subway station. I liked the fact that cleaning service came only when I asked for it. The wifi worked properly.
Negative: The kitchen had no kitchenware nor dishes, but probably it would have been possible to ask for some from the kitchen. The towels had spots that probably didn't go away during washing, although they smelled like cleaned. So, for the ones that are sensitive to things like these, it would be suitable to put a towel in your luggage. There were spots also on the armchairs/chairs. The room was not soundproof, a lot of noise was coming from the people talking on the street, so I would not recommended for people who have a light sleep or who are not coming from noisy cities. Maybe in a room on the other side of the hotel it's different. Do not expect luxury or perfection, if you book a room here. However it is livable.
