You will love the place and taste our hospitality. We are here to make your stay as pleasant as it can be.
The space
There are 2 bedrooms, one of which has a queen-size bed that sleeps 2. The other bedroom is smaller and comes with a twin bed. You get a relatively spacious living area. You also get a small kitchen and a cozy bathroom with a shower stall. Outside the unit is a patio on which you can gather with your friends/family/colleagues and enjoy a beautiful morning/afternoon/evening. Behind the larger bedroom is a storage area where you can put your stuff in case you are staying longer.
Guest access
Walk up the first flight of stairs. You will see the gas/electric meter on the east side of the house. The combo lock box is located at the gas meter. The code is 0408. Can be changed from time to time. Walk towards the patio and open the little gate. The entrance is to your left. Pass through the mini kitchen to the living area. Navigate your way to the bedrooms, bathroom, and storage area. Locate the TV remote if you fancy streaming anything. If you need access to the Internet, look for The Money Market. Other things to note
The freeway is just around the corner, in case you need to hop to Downtown Oakland, Downtown San Francisco, Berkeley, San Jose or any other fun cities in the Bay. Lake Merrit is just around the corner and so is the Zoo. But if you just need somewhere quiet, breathe fresh area and enjoy a beautiful just walk up 32-3 blocks on Fruitvale Ave. To your left, you will see a great rec complex where you can play tennis, swim, enjoy a thick forest, etc. And did I tell you about the shops, restaurants, and banks that are all located on Fruitvale Avenue?
