Positive: The room is big, clean, the best thing is it has a small fridge for me to keep drink or fruit cool. The TV is a little small, but more than enough for me. Bed is comfortable for one or two people. Neighborhood and the street are quiet. There is kitchen available for me to use, but didn't use it too much. Owner responsed my questions quickly. Overall, good valu, good stay.
Negative: The only thing I don't like is the parking. Other than Sat and Sun, I can only park the car on the street from 4PM to 8AM. I need to park my car 2 streets away. Not far to walk, but a little bit of headache.
Summary: Great place, great value.
