This gorgeous block and stucco pool home features a guest bedroom on the right side of the house with a cozy queen bed, a well-equipped bathroom with a bathtub, and essential amenities like a hair dryer and iron. There is a pocket door to close off the area to make it even more private. I’m a Realtor and live/work in the house with the master bedroom being on the opposite side. 2 indoor-only cats (Sassy & Buddy) have full run of house, but will not go in your room if you keep your door closed. Pool is warm enough to use from May to October. Otherwise, there are community pools and family pools. Guest passes available on request.
