2 Bedroom Condo in Fernandina Beach

Have a wonderful family vacation in this beautiful oceanfront condo located on the third floor of the Ship Watch building.
This two bedroom, two bath unit was recently refreshed with new flooring, new furnishings and new paint throughout. All stainless steel appliances and granite in the fully equipped kitchen. Master has king size bed with an in-suite bathroom. Second bedroom has two queen beds and a private door to the shared 2nd bathroom. The living room, dining room and kitchen all overlook the Atlantic Ocean.
Private balcony is perfect for morning coffee or a quiet dinner while listening to the waves and possibly spotting dolphin.
Elevator lets out in between floors so there are just a few steps in between.
Trailers and motorcycles are prohibited in this community.
The Shipwatch community pool is heated from November to April.
This unit has only streaming services available on all TV's.

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was just as advertised. Large floor plan and fabulous view.As much as we loved it here, we probably would not rent in this building again because of the number of stairs. It's for young people.
