The Belmont is one of Cape Cod's most prestigious private communities, which offers the use of a private beach facing Nantucket Sound, a saltwater swimming pool (seasonal), private restaurant (summer season), 2 tennis courts, 2 pickle ball courts, bocce courts, and fishing. There is no need to fight for beach parking when it is on the premises.
This is the place for those individuals who want to check their worries at the door and enjoy the salty air, amenities like the beach and pool, and all that the Cape has to offer.
This freshly painted light filled home is fully furnished and features large living room, separate dining area, gourmet kitchen, updated bathrooms (ensuite master), walk-in closet, and brand new king size and two twins mattresses. Additionally, the unit has a private patio with gas grill and dining area perfect for al fresco dinners at home or happy hours, central AC, cable tv, and wifi, and a private parking spot. A mix of hardwood floors, tile, and brand new carpeting in the bedrooms. Please note that linens (sheets & bath towels), pillows, and blankets are included in the rental fee.
Furniture is on order and will be there during rental period. Updated pictures of furniture and beds coming soon. Rentals are for a minimum for a month. All state and local taxes are in addition to the monthly rental fee. A criminal background check is required. Additionally, a security deposit is required and electricity and cable is paid for by the tenant.
