The space
LOCATION: The home is nested in a residential area for peace and quiet. Take a straight shot drive Pines Blvd and end up at Hollywood beach for a day in the ocean or drive a few minutes to Pembroke Lakes Mall for shopping.
CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out is any time before 11AM. An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing a few days before check in for availability.
MASTER BEDROOM: Features a queen size bed and ensuite bathroom with shower, large closet and TV.
SECOND BEDROOM: Features a queen size bed and closet
THIRD BEDROOM: Features 2 twin beds and a twin trundle bed, to sleep 3 guests.
OFFICE: There is a small desk nook in the living room, perfect for a laptop working space.
KITCHEN: Fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and everything you'd need to cook at home during your stay. Enjoy the wine fridge for chilled white wines, or the dine in island for breakfast.
LIVING ROOM: The home offers two living areas and an open concept dining area. The front living area has an electric fireplace, leather sofa, which also turns into a futon if needed. The back living area has a large TV and comfortable seating, perfect for movie night.
WHAT'S INCLUDED?: Iron and ironing board, washer/dryer, 1 pack-n-play crib, 1 high chair, free WiFi (400+ Mbps) and Smart TVs for your streaming apps like Netflix. The home has basic cable. Pictured toiletries, linens and towels included. Pool Towels are available for your use. Please note, washcloths are not included in our linen and towel services.
OUTDOOR SPACE: Outdoor wet kitchen fully equipped with a gas stove and a BBQ grill. There is a lot of counter space, TV and sink. There is an outdoor shower and seating. The pool is heated at 79 degrees as a fixed temperature.
PARKING: Parking in driveway for up to 3 cars. Note: the garage does not fit any cars.

The Climate and Bugs: Florida has one of the most incredible tropical climates which allows for that Summer feel all year round. However, be sure to layer on the sunscreen and keep hydrated as it can get quite hot and humid here in the sun, and be mindful of the occasional tropical rainstorms. We are lucky to have such an incredibly diverse ecosystem here in Miami, with a variety of different plants, lizards, bugs, and more. All of our properties are inspected often, and treated with pest control once a month. We share this as you may see some of these local "visitors" from time to time but we do work to mitigate and treat them regularly. :)
