Inviting home, gated yard overlooking Cypress Golf Course only minutes from Grand Prix Horse Show ground (WEF), and the International Polo Club (IPC).
This home is much bigger than the pictures show. You enter to a hallway with a 20foot ceiling. The home has a very warm feel, is bright with open floor plan, travertine marble floors, gourmet kitchen that connects to 2 family rooms and an informal dining room/breakfast nook besides a formal dining room, and office, cabana bathroom and additional entertainment room.
The home features high-end and furnishings, one-of-a-kind decor. The master bathroom has a resort-sized double shower , and over-sized spa tub with jacuzzy for a relaxing bath.
Fees such as cleaning ($250)-, and for each pet ($350) are paid separately AT ARRIVAL.
Weekly electric fee not to exceed $150
Pool heating is optional
Owner keeps a closet in the home.
