"A 50 passi dal mare" is an independent villa which is part of an exclusive residence with direct access to the beach and the clear Marsalese sea. The house is located in the Berbaro district 5 minutes by car from the historic center of Marsala. The house offers all the comforts and an EXCLUSIVE AND RESERVED ENVIRONMENT, surrounded by greenery, ideal for family or group holidays. Excellent location also for workers and professionals. Ideal for windsurfers and kite surfers along the coast to the Stagnone di Mothia.
The accommodation
External Space: the Villetta is composed of a large garden with a palm tree and two splendid olive trees; two verandas (one front and one rear); a driveway with a clearing at the end where you can park your vehicle; an external shower room.

GROUND FLOOR - The living room with equipped kitchen will welcome you; there is a bathroom with shower.
Large lounge with 2 sofa beds
FIRST FLOOR - There are: a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with tub (however equipped with a shower arm); covered terrace.

Guests have the full and exclusive availability of the villa.
Outside, the verandas are equipped with deckchairs, tables and chairs to make the most of your stay.
The ground floor is equipped with: TV (located in the living room); washing machine and ironing board in the laundry room; the kitchen is complete with all necessary utensils (pots, glasses, cutlery, tablecloths ...); the bathroom is equipped with a phone, shampoo and whatever is necessary for personal hygiene; a large built-in wardrobe is made available to guests between the living room and the living room. In the living room there are two sofa beds (they can be used, by agreement, in case of guests over 4).
The bedrooms are located on the second floor. The bathroom on the second floor has a bathtub (always with a flexible shower arm).
All rooms are equipped with an independent heating system.
