Summary: Pros: Ample common space Outdoor space and pool Large kitchen Lots of bedrooms/bathrooms Cons: Super cheap furniture throughout the house, the dresser drawers felt like they were going to fall apart and a couple of them had to be pushed back together. Both couches collapsed under people. The base under the cushions is too narrow for the space and if you shift forward, it slides off the small ledge and the legs go out from under it. The refrigerator leaks - a lot! We communicated with management. They sent a maintenance guy who said ‘it’s just condensation, put a towel in front of it’. We reached out to management again. They said they’d get back to us and never did. Therefore, part of our vacation routine - replace the bath towel in front if the refrigerator DAILY. Not something you expect when you pay $8000/week. Grill propane tank was low. I reached out to management to find out if/where there was more propane. 12 hours later (too late for our meal) a man showed up unannounced in our backyard with a propane tank. In the meantime we bought a tank. Kitchen is NOT well stocked. House sleeps 14 but there isn’t a single serving bowl. No salt and pepper. Silverware in drawer was dirty. Hot water wasn’t available in all bathrooms. Many of us had to use the master shower because the water didn’t get hot enough in the other showers. Again, not expected for an $8000/week property. Great potential but overpriced with these issues.
