Summary: The attitude and level of service provided by the female staff member at the front desk on the ground floor were absolutely appalling. The sauna was out of order, and I could not understand why the steam room had not even been turned on. My children went there to warm up during a short break from swimming because the pool water was cold, only to find that it was not operating. Considering the quality of the facilities, the standard of service at this hotel is extremely disappointing. I would definitely not recommend staying here. The bedding was very comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent.
