This modern, hip and cozy, newly refurbished 2 bedrooms penthouse, has a magnificent terrace in the heart of the historic and vibrant Trastevere district and a fabulous view from the living room and from the terrace towards Piazza S. Maria in Trastevere.
The apartment, completely renovated and refurbished, has a spacious living and dining room, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 with shower and 1 with bathtub and shower), a fully equipped kitchen and a terrace overlooking the piazza.
It's located on the 3rd floor of a 3-floor traditional roman-style building without lift.
It consists in a 2 levels apartment:
1st level: entrance, bedroom with 2 single beds (extra bed available on request), bathroom, kitchen, living room
2nd level: master bedroom, en suite bathroom, changing room, terrace
If you are traveling to Rome with your family or a group of friends, then this apartment is perfect for you.
PLEASE NOTE: the exterior of the apartment's building is under construction works until September 2017.
Because of this, scaffoldings are installed in front of the 2 windows of the living room and in front of the the terrace, and the exterior view to the piazza is covered.
However the 2 bedrooms and the kitchen are not involved in this and the apartment is as beautiful as usual inside.
Also, the ongoing works are not noisy and do not disturb the guests privacy and well-being.
