Lush Tropical Landscape surrounds the open-air saltwater pool (not heated) and huge covered party area which allows for fun all year round. Peek-a-boo views of the ocean can be seen from the covered second story balcony! The kitchen boasts of ample cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, eat-at-bar and a pantry. The living room and kitchen have double doors to the balcony! Primary bedroom features a king bed, walk in closet, ensuite with walk in shower, a twin trundle bed, television, an office space and a private balcony! Guest bedroom has a queen bed, television, and large closet. Guest bathroom has a tub. Plenty of room in the oversized garage for your motorcycles and car. You can also walk to the beach, just 150 yards from your front door, or to our local hangout Lagerheads, for a night of food, drinks, and music!
Ormond Beach Restaurant Row is within a 15 minute drive south and is located just over the Granada Bridge. Flagler beach shops and restaurants are located within a 15 minute drive north. Bicentennial Park located within 1.5 miles south of the property and features: tennis courts, fishing dock, canoe/kayak launch, playgrounds and more.
Quiet, safe, residential neighborhood situated between the Atlantic Ocean and the Halifax River with only a 5 minute walk to each. Close to everything but just far enough away from the busy touristy areas of Ormond/Daytona Beach.
