Summary: I meant to book the hotel in Winona Minnesota. I'm not used to doing online booking and booked Winona Mississippi by mistake. I tried many times to contact the hotel but could not reach the actual front desk in Mississippi. Finally reached something called chat and got some help canceling one night, But could not cancel the second night. I'm still getting emails and not sure if there is a way to cancel the second night. this was an old lady STUPID mistake! Thankfully I did find a place to stay here in Minnesota and was able to attend a very special family event. ...just need to afford reservation in Mississippi and now in Minnesota. I guess I am some kind of your hotel Loyalty, Blue something member based on prior stays so just asking once more is there a way to get help on this cancellation. Appreciate anything anyone can do. Thank you
