This home features three floors of gracious living space, five bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, and an additional two-story guest house. Total, the main house and the guest house may accommodate up to 14 vacationers.
Upon stepping into the main house, guests are greeted with an open floor plan that encompasses the family room, kitchen, and dining area. The family room is cozy with a comfortable seating ensemble made up of a couch that doubles as a queen-size sleeper sofa, and a leather recliner accent chair. A TV is provided for entertainment. The living area flows seamlessly into the dining room, which features wooden benches and two straw chairs. An open kitchen includes additional bar seating, as well as plenty of counter and cabinet space. This level also boasts one of the guest rooms, which has a king-size bed and twin sleeper sofa.
Ascend the stairs to the second floor, where you will find two additional guest rooms. One room includes a king-size bed and full bath, while the other features two twin bunks and access to a full hall bath. The third level is home exclusively to the master suite, which has a king-size bed, wet bar, luxury bath, TV, and private balcony with views of the Gulf.
The guest house is a great addition to this vacation home. On the first floor, guests can enjoy playing ping pong or foosball in a fun game room.
