DESCRIPTION:
The “Holiday Apartment Ade” is a detached house on a corner, it is spread over three levels, located in the centre of “Marina di Ragusa”, onlyt 50 metres from the “Piazza Duca degli Abruzzi” and the most beautiful beaches.
The “Holiday Apartment Ade” is ideal for hosting one or two couples with or without children and is spread over three levels:
- Ground Floor: access from the Via Genova, living room with equipped kitchen, dining table, sofa bed and TV.
- First Floor: Two bedrooms, one double with balcony and another with two single bunk beds. The bathroom has a shower. Access to this floor is through a door from the staircase which makes it independent of the other floors.
- Second Floor: The top floor of the holiday home has only one double bedroom with bathroom and very comfortable terrace. Access to this floor is through a door from the staircase, again making it independent of the other floors.
The holiday home offers three air conditioners, one in the living room in the ground floor, the second one in the double bedroom on the first floor and the third one in the double bedroom on the second floor.
The house has free fibre "Wi-Fi. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed to cook meals for up to 7 people. The washing machine is in the kitchen-living room and there are televisions in both double bedrooms and the living room.
SERVICES INCLUDED:
Included is the provision of sheets and towels for each guest, bathroom rug and kitchen towels. The initial and final cleaning is included as well as the change of linen and weekly cleaning in case your stay is longer than a week.
