Positive: Place is very spacious and cozy, big living room with kitchen, huge terrace, nice interior, plenty different places to chill/roast. Everything is sparkling clean. Major part of terrace has tent which is placed perfectly hiding Western windows from the sun and allowing to be outside event at the hottest daytime. Of course jacuzzi is awesome. It was totally worth it.
Negative: Ants. They are so tiny and cute, just living somewhere nearby. You must clean tables and floor from food leftovers to avoid invasive behaviour. In general it is not a problem, just stay clean. :)
