Cozy 1 bedroom apartment, second floor, with gorgeous views! Full kitchen, stocked with dishes, pots, and pans. Propane grill, firepit, and seating area on the deck.

Located in a unique, historical, building with a small event area on the opposite end. Private entrance and parking spaces.

Only 15 minutes to the Village of Hamilton and Colgate University and the Village of Clinton and Hamilton College. A short 25-minute drive to Utica University and Munson Williams Proctor Art Institute. About 30 minutes to SUNY Polytechnic Institute.

If your adventure is taking you to Cooperstown, we're about 50 minutes away and you will enjoy the scenic drive!

Dinner Reservations available during event season (May 22 through October 18th) on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday evenings.

Summary: Perfect for one or two people. Kitchen is very modern with lots of light coming in. The place includes the option of making a pot of brewed coffee or individual cups of coffee with the supplied Keurig pods. There is also a large deck area with a gas grill. If you get sick of cooking, you can check out the Tyler Manor restaurant or have a cocktail in the bar.
