Positive: Location, modernity, cleanliness, very quiet and safe.
Negative: Check in. Not enough information given pre-arrival. Had no idea what floor it was on (third floor) or that there was a reception behind the main door. It appeared that behind the main door was one apartment and I expected someone to be there to meet me or down at the main floor level entrance. However, there was a reception behind the main door (locked) so I should have knocked. Inside was several apartments like a mini-private hotel but was unaware of this. Also, was just fortunate that floor level door was open....code for this with directions up to third floor and then procedure should be given in pre-arrival email. However, once all that was sorted, Manuelle was extremely helpful and gave me excellent service. I highly recommend this apartment but just ask for detailed arrival instructions before you get there. Would definitely stay here again any time I am in Rome.
Summary: Fantastic after initial stress of getting into the apartment.
