DESCRIPTION: “Holiday Apartment Artemide” is a small holiday house renovated recently in a modern style. It is located on the second floor and top floor of a small single building, it has an inner space of about 40 square meters and is divided into three areas: "living room - dining room - kitchen" in one room, double bedroom and bathroom with a shower. Outside the holiday house, you can enjoy a wonderful terrace of around 50 m2 with a sea view, it is partly covered by a large wooden roof for relaxation during the hot summer days. The terrace is equipped with comfortable deck chairs, a sofa, and a table with chairs for open-air lunch and/or dinner. There is also a barbecue available, and in a corner of the terrace, there are a washing machine and a sink. The house is perfect for hosting two or three people because it has a single sofa bed in the living room.
SERVICES INCLUDED: In the holiday house there are two air conditioners a with hot/cold system: one in the double bedroom and a second in the "kitchen - living room" zone.
