Positive: Great location, in the middle of nature. Infrequent car noise (the road is only used when the passage du Gois opens (at low tide). Martine and Hemko were incredibly generous and let us use the 6 Persons house (La Plage) for the price of a single room! Large living room, large kitchen with all that is needed (incl. the Nespresso machine). Cosy room. All spic and span. Wonderful. We had a piece of garden all to ourselves and - if the weather had been nicer - even use of a swimming pool. Many restaurants within short (3k ) to medium (15km) distance. In the morning Martine and Hemko brought us a generous and diverse breakfast. We felt like millionaires! Martine and Hemko drove us to a very typical Vendée afternoon at low tide to fish „palourdes“ out of the sand. We thought that the best part was that Martine and Hemko genuinely enjoyed hosting us. Thank you for all.
