Seasonal rental for ski season 2026, perfect family ski house with 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths. Super clean, updated amenities. House has smart TVs, high speed fiber, fireplace, playroom. One car garage. Less then 10 minute drive to Mohawk Mountain Ski Area in Cornwall. Please read before sending inquiry. NOTE **All amenities (gym, tennis, pool etc) and common areas (beach/lake) are **ONLY accessible for STAYS TWO WEEKS or longer per HOA rules. **
Walk to clubhouse with tennis, pickle, playground, pool, beaches, gym, kayak rack and new kayak. Beautiful, bright and updated 4 bedroom 3 full bath home in a private lake community in Litchfield County CT.
All rates includes cable, wifi,yard maintenance, association fees, trash removal.
High speed fiber internet for those working remote!
House is very clean, organized and well maintained, great location. We provide everything you might need, even a tuning table for ski tuning.
Fitness Center is open year round. The house has 2 decks with seating, a large screen porch, Weber propane grill.
Main floor has large living room with SmartTV and fireplace.
The house has 4 bedrooms:
On the main floor the is one bedroom with two twin beds
On the second floor there is a king bedroom (with private bath), two twins in a second bedroom and a queen bed in the third bedroom.
All rooms have separate A/C and heating units to control the temp to your needs. It can be very hot/humid in the summer and AC is a necessity for a comfortable stay.
The house is fully stocked with high end linens, new mattresses, and new towels.
The kitchen has new appliances - Samsung refrigerator, GE stove and new dishwasher and a nice large breakfast bar.
The great room is perfect for hanging out after a day at the lake, comfortable couches and leather recliners - and a flat screen smart TV and cable. And if you are here for ski season cozy up by the fireplace in the great room, perfect way to end your ski day.
The lower level has a children's play room with a couch, toys, and a flat screen TV & DVD player.
Full laundry room in lower level. Great golf courses nearby.

Summary: I stayed at this property to celebrate a few 60th birthday’s. There was 8 girlfriends. This house was perfect! Sleeps 8 very comfortably, 3 bathrooms with all the essentials. The kitchen had all the necessity’s for cooking, stove and oven worked great. There was a large dining table that was wonderful for meals, games and just chatting. The living room is fabulous! Lots of natural light, plenty of space and comfortable seating for all of us. Wood fireplace which we did not use but would be nice on chilly evenings. The screened porch was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the sun setting through the trees. The house was decorated for fall with mums, pumpkins and gourds. Sarah was an exceptional host, she responded to my questions quickly. We had such a great weekend, made many memories we will cherish forever in this wonderful home. This property is highly recommended and will definitely stay here again!
