Spacious four bedroom, three and half bathroom, full kitchen, two living rooms, beautiful lagoon-heated pool, one-to-two-person private outdoor soaking tub which sits off the master bath & direct access to the Lake Worth Golf Course at the 18th- hole. Enjoy three separate outdoor areas to the beautiful grounds. The house is within a few steps of the Lake Worth Golf Beach Club w/ breakfast, lunch & dinner options offered. It is a short two-minute drive to Lake Worth public beach and a ten-minute drive to Palm Beach Island & the famous shopping destination, Worth Ave.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
MASTER BEDROOM (EN-SUITE SHOWER)
King-sized four-poster wood bed with smart app TV. Beautiful, upgraded furniture with color of emerald greens & golds. Plenty of closet space!
2ND BEDROOM
Two Twin beds in a bright naturally lit space with smart app TV. This bedroom shares the bathroom off the master.
3RD BEDROOM (EN-SUITE BATHTUB)
This room has a comfortable Queen-sized bed and a convertible chair twin sleeper. with an attached private bathroom with a deep relaxing bathtub. The room has a private door which leads directly to the beautiful pool.
4TH UPSTAIRS BEDROOM (EN-SUITE SHOWER)
This room is upstairs, there are two full beds with brand new golden bedframes & convertible chair twin sleeper, smart app TV and private en-suite bathroom. There is also a door that leads out to the Palm covered Patio with small bistro table and chairs for outdoor relaxing.
LIVING ROOM
The open casual living room leads into the large Moroccan-style living room which is a sight to behold. It is filled with natural light, a unique Bedouin style fabric ceiling with a magnificent hanging chandelier and ample room to entertain. This amazing and unique décor transforms you to feeling like you are comfortably relaxing in a different world. You are sure to fall in love with this house!
POOL & OUTDOORS
Guests have access to the entire house including the private pool, deck and backyard outdoor patio area! The main entrance of the home has large metal gates for extra privacy and is surrounded by lush palms and tropical flora that provides an amazing atmosphere for spending time with friends, family and loved ones. The tropical atmosphere generates the perfect mix of adventure and relaxation. In the backyard there is a BBQ grill, umbrella and lovely seating space to enjoy the views of the golf course. Guests may contact the Lake Worth Beach Golf Course to purchase a round of golf. The pool stays heated year around for all guests at a comfortable 91 degrees. Please note that the pool is in the front of the property, not the back. It is covered by tropical foliage which provides privacy and a wonderful atmosphere. There is some open space on the side of the property by the neighbor's driveway. There is also a one-to-two-person private outdoor soaking tub off the Master bathroom.
PARKING
Parking is limited, the property can only have two cars. There is additional parking on the adjacent street to the road the house is on. (Very nearby.)

UPON BOOKING, WE REQUIRE A PHOTOCOPY OF THE LEAD GUESTS DRIVERS LICENSE WHICH MATCHES THE CREDIT CARD USED TO BOOK.
-ABSOLUTELY NO NOISE AFTER 9 PM OUTSIDE, WE DO NOT ALLOW PARTIES OR GATHERINGS OF ANY KIND AT THE HOUSE, AND QUIET HOURS START AT 9PM. PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL AND GO INSIDE AFTER 10PM.

Please note that we have security cameras on the premises. We have an outdoor security camera by the entrance as well as one inside in the entry way of the house pointed at the front door.

Lake Worth Beach/Parrot Cove is a charming, quaint and historic village. However, homes are very close together, which is why rules below are enforced. Home is for a relaxing family/couple/friend's retreat. We hope you understand. Of course, we have a few other properties for your pleasure which are in more remote areas, and sound and loud music is a non-issue. The Bali House is for a Zen relaxing Palm Beach experience!
*We are very strict and DO NOT allow parties of any kind on this property! No loudspeakers allowed outside property.
*Noise level must be kept down when outdoors between 9pm and 9am please. Neighbors sensitive and will call us about noise. Neighborhood enforces a no loud music neighborhood. House is for relaxing enjoyment of guests whose needs do not interfere with these restrictions.
*Number of guests must be confirmed. Absolutely no additional guests /visitors without permission or disclosure. Additional nightly charge per each unaccounted guest/visitor.
*Cameras monitor guest entries. Security cameras are permanently placed on the outside of the main entrances and the back of the house facing the Golf Course, please DO NOT touch or unplug the alarm or cameras. It will result in a $500 fee.
*Absolutely NO SMOKING, HOOKAH or ILLEGAL DRUGS OF ANY KIND anywhere on the property, any evidence and you will be charged the fine above.
Owners have sentimental treasures decorating home from travels, items broken or permanently removed off property will result in fee above. Accidents do happen- we understand. Please inform us if something breaks.
