Family-friendly property, situated in front of the Mata Atlantica, 80 meters from the beach, with all belongings in excellent condition, equipped with swimming pool, barbecue, a beautiful garden, etc. Indoor parking for 4 cars
Edicula, usually with homemade people who live in the place. It is 3 km from Maresias where is the trade and all the hype.
We have accommodation for 13 people comfortably, and all suites with air conditioning. In the lower floor we have living room with closed TV Claro via antenna with 180 channels, and also SKY antenna, and with 40 LED TV,. Dining room, full kitchen, laundry, toilet and balcony. Because it is strictly residential, there are restrictions against excessive noise, loud sound, or inconvenient attitudes that bother residents. We do not accept animals of any kind.
