This large modern luxury 4 bedroom house is perfect for your next visit to Newcastle, located less than a minute walk to Merewether Beach.
Enjoy the water views from the balcony and entertain in the alfresco outdoor area in summer or sit back and unwind with a glass of red in front of the fire place in winter.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, ensuite and walk in robe. There is a queen in the second room and 2 singles in the 3rd and 4th bedrooms.
The main bathroom has a free standing bath and there is a 3rd bathroom downstairs.
Comfortably accommodates 8 guests. There are 3 separate living areas. The property is fully air conditioned and there is a double garage plus off street parking.

Summary: Great family holiday, walk down the street to Merewether Beach and Ocean Baths. Close to the Memorial Walk, coffee shops and Surf Club restaurant within an easy walk. Enjoyed wine tasting in the Hunter Valley.
