Summary: Although I didn't feel the same about the property grounds, in general, Renata's unit was clean and cozy. The overall property seemed to be in need of repairs, and there was evidence that it hasn't recovered from past hurricane damage. However, I did love the proximity and easy access it had to the beach. The view of the ocean from the kitchen, living room AND the bedroom was gorgeous. The size of the kitchen was also perfect and it felt like a home away from home. I would definitely rebook a stay at this rental not only based on its cleanliness but also for its affordability. Hopefully, at some point in time, the grounds can be returned to its former glory.
