Completely renovated, this 60 square meter apartment is located in the heart of the historic district of Nice in a building built in 1650, between Place Garibaldi and Place Massena, just in front of the Coulée Verte, 50 meters from the tram and 5 minutes walk to the beach.
Ideal place to visit the city by walk or to join the many villages of the French Riviera.
It offers a large living room fully equipped with Smart TV, air conditioning, wifi, sofa bed ... The American kitchen includes all the essential equipment for your stay: dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, extractor, induction hob, micro- wave, oven, espresso machine, kettle,… and two bedrooms with double bed (queen size).
Sheets and towels are provided.
In the close neighborhood, you can find all commodities : restaurant, supermarket, chemistry, bakery,...
The apartment is on the 1st floor in a typical "niçois" building. That means high ceilings and lots of character.
The apartment is equipped with double glazing and overlooks two interior courtyards. It is therefore very quiet and yet in the city center.
You'll have everything you need here,and can just relax and enjoy your stay!

Summary: We stayed for 5 nights. Lovely location, very close to the tram. Bathroom could use new towels. All problems we encountered were dealt with immediately. Very responsive host.
