Positive: Great location, just a short walk to the beach, shops, and tram stations. The apartment is well-equipped and very comfortable, perfect for a family stay. Air conditioning in every room is a big advantage, especially in the hot summer. We didn’t use the parking lot, but it’s definitely a plus for those traveling by car. Communication with the owner and with Katya, the administrator, was excellent — we always received quick and detailed answers to our questions. Check in instructions are very detailed and make it easy to get to the apartment.
Negative: One small drawback was that the front door lock is a bit stiff — it takes some effort to open, which might be tricky for children. The interior doors could also have some adjustment, as the locks and hinges creak and sometimes require extra effort to close. Since the apartment is compact, the noise from closing doors may disturb anyone still resting. These are minor issues, but fixing them would make the stay even more comfortable.
