Le Vignacce is a beautiful rustic farmhouse characterized by its typical peasant architecture. The building jealously preserves its ancient origins and proudly shows all of its features: wooden ceilings and brick, stone walls, brick arches and terracotta floors.
Located on the edge of Marciano della Chiana, a medieval village dominated by the castle with its ancient tower, the house is well equipped and the furniture has been chosen very carefully in perfect harmony with the style and story of the building.
The house is located in a quiet area, nestled in the picturesque Tuscan countryside, in a rural setting composed by fields and gentle hills with a nice shady garden, a seductive pool and an inviting sauna.
Le Vignacce is undoubtedly a good starting point for excursions to the main cities of Tuscany and Umbria such as Siena, Arezzo and Perugia or for day trips to Lucignano, Monte San Savino, Cortona, Montepulciano...
INTERIOR
The property is on two levels.
GROUND FLOOR: Large living area characterized by large brick arches and wooden beams with terracotta flooring. The living area consists of an open-space kitchen, dining area with table and chairs, living room with double sofa bed. The ground floor is completed by a double room with ensuite bathroom with shower and a small bedroom with a “French bed” (140 cm large) and its ensuite bathroom with tub.
Each room has its own access to the garden while the living room leads to a pergola equipped with table and chairs.
FIRST FLOOR: access from an external staircase with typical loggia or by an internal wooden staircase. The floor has a small living room with fireplace, a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with tub, a double bedroom, a bathroom with both tub and shower.

OUTDOOR
The house is surrounded by a large landscaped garden and shady trees, bushes and plants and lots of flowers.
The building, decorated with climbing vines and fragrant jasmine, also has a beautiful and cozy pergola. This ideal relaxation area, located in front of the kitchen door and the living room and equipped with table, chairs and a mobile barbecue, will be the perfect place to taste the delights of the Tuscan.
A few meters away from the house, the pool is easily accessible thanks to the morphology of the ground. The dimensions are 5 x 12 m with a depth of 1.60 m. The pool is surrounded by light stone. The access to the water is possible via a few immerged stairs.
The sunbathing area is composed by a paved sun area near the pool and is equipped with sunbeds, deck chairs and sun umbrellas.
