Positive: Parking on site. Dog friendly, Nice garden to exercise the dog. Quiet place. Owner most helpful.
Negative: Too many stairs for us as an elderly family. Could not see the name off the property in the dark, we needed to walk up and down the road to find the place in the dark. There needs to be better and brighter signage for house at street level, not set back on the garden fence.
Summary: Easy to find off the A37,more difficult to find once on Brakes Lane. Nice and homely older cottage
