Beautiful Town home, the picture of Beach side bliss. Only a block to the beach, 2-3 minute walk! One block to the town park. 1,362 SF of living space, 2 bedrooms, 2.5 baths. Each 2nd story bedroom has its own private bathroom. A queen bed in the master suite, with balcony. The 2nd bedroom has two single beds. A cot is available for a 5th person or the couch. Home also has a single car garage and outside shower.
Beach chairs, umbrellas, 2 bikes, body boards, coolers, fishing poles, are there for your use as well as gas grill.
3 blocks to City Library, recreation center and tennis courts, and the Cocoa Beach golf course is 15 min away.
Enjoy the many local restaurants, as well as the Cocoa Beach Pier, Ron Jon’s, and Port Canaveral. All are within an quick easy bike ride.
Kayaks are available to rent nearby to explore the1000 island area of Cocoa Beach and the Banana River estuary.
