Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: 4 minutes uber rude to Cruz del Sur bus station on Javier Prado. Gabriela at Reception was very helpful on check-in and letting us have breakfast a little earlier the following morning.
Negative: There was only cold/lukewarm water in the shower. Reception tried to help and we ran the hot water for 20 minutes but still no luck. We had arrived from the UK that day so were too tired to wait for maintenance and went to bed.
Summary: Very convenient location for Cruz del Sur departures and quiet hotel with friendly helpful Reception.
