Positive: Location was amazing. Very clean. They responded right away to any questions/ help needed. Appreciated instructions on how to use tv/remotes. Other beds were very comfortable. Well equipped with supplies, nightlights, fans,coffee filters, soaps...

Negative: We thought the check-in time at 4p.m. was kindof late and the 10a.m. was an hour early. No air-conditioning in bedrooms. No handrails on outside granite/ rock steps. Difficult to maneuver outside in the yard due to uneven terrain. Bottom bunkbed was terribly uncomfortable.
