Positive: Comfy beds, great view, well appointed
Negative: Complete lack of instructions to access our accm when late at night and dark. No signs to explain where to go or which building to access 502.. as a number of buildings in same complex.. thankfully after 90 mins a lady helped us. Check out staff attitude when trying to explain our frustration was appalling at best.. Bronte was most unprofessional, non empathic person and not suited to customer service roles in my humble opinion, she wont listen, and just demeans every attempt to explain , very dissapointing experience indeed.. Also showers need scrubbing to get rid of smelly and slippery body fat
