A beautiful and characteristic railing home, with stunning doors, high ceilings, mosaic and herringbone parquet.
The area is residential and elegant in the Marghera district, with plenty of restaurant, bars, groceries. Just 3 min. Away from the main, Red, metro line, Wagner station, excellent connection to downtown, Central Station and airports. Easy walk to Duomo !!
This stunning house is full of charm and atmosphere and your room is kind of romantic, just a good feeling once you step in. It is sunny, bright, maybe too much, and even with bad weather seems sunny due to the color of the walls and the velvety peach.
It has its own small balcony (full of flowers and plants) where you can enjoy coffee or a nice glass of wine :)
About the area: is great.
It is very elegant and quiet area, stone's throw away from Marghera street, famous for shopping, restaurants, aperitif bars and one of the most famous Ice Cream. Then you have Corso Vercelli, a beautiful shopping street, not too expensive though; At the end of it you will arrive to Santa Maria delle Grazie (the last supper), on another 15 min walk you'll have the Duomo in front of you. And the Mudec museum is very close to us too, but in a different direction. And so is the Navigli area too.
The red, main, metro station is 300 m away and connects easily with downtown, Cadorna Station, Central Station and Fiera Rho.

Last but not least: no noise at all! Every single area of the house is facing the courtyard, no traffic noise, just birdsong (and sometimes neighbors fighting and if soccer match: screaming :)). Definitely charming.
