WELCOME to the Brookwood beach house in beautiful Gulf Breeze FL! This is a 3 bedrooms 2 full baths vacation house with a bonus room and exercise room. This house comes with self check-in, Free high-speed Wi-Fi, Free parking, laundry onsite, and a fully fenced backyard ready for entertaining family, children and pets. Centrally located between Pensacola and Navarre beaches, a mile from the nearest public boat ramp and Woodlawn beach. We'd love to host you and your family. We welcome snowbirds!
The Brookwood beach house can accommodate up to 10 people including children. This home can host your entire family of 10. Designed with thoughtful amenities and furniture to provide you & your family with an unforgettable experience. Pets are allowed case by case.
During your stay, you will be able to enjoy:

In the living room, there are seats for everyone. There is a 58" smart TV ready for movie night and more. Each room has smart TV.
The spacious dining room that can seat 8 with 2 extra seats at the kitchen counter is where many memorable times, laughter, and quality family meals together will be shared together.
COFFE BAR: The coffee bar is complementary during your stay! Please enjoy the dual Keurig with K cup coffee, creamer and sugar.
FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN: The kitchen with full-size appliances is ready for you to show off your cooking skills. We provide a toaster, air fryer, blender, rice cooker, many size glass containers, baking sheets, baking pans, dining wares and utensil sets for 10, utensils and bowls/plates for your little ones, plastic wrap, and cooking spices.
We use the closet in the trundle bed closet as the owner's closet!
Washer and dryer: There is an initial supply of Tide pods and dryer sheets you can use free of charge!

Guests can access the entire house without interruption!
You have the entire home to yourself. We ask that you respect our space, and that of our neighbors. If needed, local property managers are available for emergencies.
Centrally located, only a short drive from both the beaches of Navarre, and Pensacola.
-Although we will not be available in person, we are only a phone call or a text message away and are more than happy to assist with any of your questions about the house, the area, or otherwise!
-We will provide you with the house address and the code to the smart lock 24 hours before your arrival date.
- No parties, smoking, or drugs on the premise!
- No excessively loud music to respect our quiet neighborhood.
- Require guests to be 18 years or older unless parents/guardians are present!
- No third-party booking, no unregistered guests allowed
- We have pest control service regularly to fend off the Florida pests, but we cannot guarantee 100% that bugs will not try to enter the house during your stay!

* Please message us prior to booking with pets. We accept pet in a case by case. We do also collect a $150 pet fee per trip per pet which allows for our cleaner to do a little extra cleaning and deodorizing of the home for future guests who may have sensitivity to pet allergens.
