Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: I would give a 4 star review for the accomodation Great location, clean and tidy, plenty of extra thoughtful touches especially kitchen supplies. Clean, responsive. Loved the coffee/hot chocolate options. Good location. Reasonably priced.
Negative: The main gripes are : upstairs area smell making the space unusable. No information on how to use heating etc and expectations re checkout. I would suggest doing something about that smellllll, try and configure a better ‘congregation’ area and clearer instructions. Heating/cooling options in rooms would be good. Eg an electric blanket. If the smell was gone that could be set up as the meeting area
Summary: Much too love and could be five star if issues are addressed.
