Positive: The hostess was very friendly and the apartment was clean. Right outside the front door of the apartment there's a store, butcher and hamburger bar. All three are worth going to. The bathroom and kitchen have been recently renovated and the terrace is a nice place to be. It's great that the price for the apartment varies with the number of people staying, so that even as only two people, we could afford the space as there aren't many comparable options in and around Lleida. We used the apartment to work remotely for 3 days while traveling in our vacation. The wifi was good enough for our needs, though there were occasional freezes during calls. We would stay again, but not without checking if other places are available.
Negative: While some parts of the apartment have been renovated to a high standard and some modern utilities have been added, improvements could be made. In the kitchen, the pots and pans are mostly made of stamped sheet metal and at least one pot was missing its handle. Specifically, two of the three pans weren't very useful since they had round bottoms. In combination, an electric coil stove, thin metal and a pan that only touches the stove at a single point make it difficult to cook. It might make sense to invest in upgraded kitchenware. The laundry machine made a bit of a grinding noise while running and might break down at some point. There's only a single AC unit in the living room and the rooms with the sigle beds are very far from it. I imagine if we were a group of 10, we would have had a hard time during our stay (it was 40+ Celsius every day). The streetlights that are on all night are right outside the bedrooms with the double beds, closest to the AC. We struggled a bit managing the heat during our stay and keeping out the light while we slept.
