Exclusive luxury villa with stunning views located in Puerto de Sóller.
Ca S'Hereu is a spectacular finca located in the prestigious port of Soller. Surrounded by a perfect Mediterranean landscape, between olive trees, stone walls, sea, and mountains, this property offers the tranquility and privacy that your vacations need. The villa was built in the 17th century. In its beginnings, it served as a "possesio" for agricultural production. Now completely renovated, it is the perfect mix between the comfort of modern luxuries and the charm and beauty of the island's tradition and history.
The house is distributed over three floors. On the main floor, we find the main entrance hall, a cozy sitting area and a perfectly maintained old olive press that now serves merely as a beautiful reminder of the old days. On a raised ground floor, the guest will find a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with all you need to prepare lovely meals and enjoy some cooking time with your loved ones.
On the same main floor, we find a double bedroom with (king size) with an ensuite bathroom with a bath and separate shower. The house is equipped with air conditioning/heating units in all bedrooms and living room too. A Wireless internet connection is available throughout the whole house.
On the first floor (1), we find 3 bedrooms, two of them with double beds and one with two single beds made as a double, all with their own en suite bathrooms with shower, toilet, and sink. The decoration is stylish and is taken care of detail respecting the style of an old Majorcan manor house.
On the second floor, there is a self-contained apartment with an extra living/dining area opening onto the terrace, a kitchen, and two double bedrooms (with king-size beds), each with an ensuite shower room.
The jewel of the house would be the swimming pool area, with nice and comfortable sun loungers, sofas, armchairs, and set tables where you will spend long hours just swimming, sunbathing, and simply feeling peace and enjoying the beautiful views. There is an outdoor shower too.
Other outdoor spaces are found in different levels, giving us several unique areas with tables and chairs, sun loungers, shaded areas etc where each can find its own personal relaxing space.
