Caletta Nest 38 is entirely located on the ground floor and consists of a living room with kitchenette, one double bedroom, and a bathroom with shower. The simple and functional interiors are designed to provide a regenerating break in contact with nature.

The residence offers a seasonal shared pool (open from 15/06 to 15/09) located about 200 meters away, and a shared tennis court. Access to the apartment is via a short and pleasant pedestrian path. A reserved covered parking space is available.
