Our gorgeous 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is located in the heart of Hillcrest just 1 block from the world-renowned San Diego Zoo and Balboa Park. Our luxurious and spacious home is completely remodeled, using all high-end finishes and everything is new! The interior boasts a private master with ensuite bath, and a second bedroom with canyon views. Spacious kitchen and indoor and outdoor dining.
The Space:
Home features a 75-inch 4k Samsung QLED Smart TV
- TV has Netflix, YouTube TV, HBO Max, Fubo, etc. It is also Airplay/Cast capable from your phone
Living room sofa is not a pull out sofa bed, it's an oversized sofa that will sleep 2 without Ottoman, or Ottoman can be pushed into corner of sofa to create a double sized bed. Extra sheets, blankets and pillows provided.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire top of the property including home, entry patio, back patio and garage (washer/dryer). Guests will not have access to park in the driveway, that is reserved for the unit downstairs.
