Beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to a pond beach. Big backyard with fire pit, gourmet grill and cornhole for fun. Firewood onsite available for purchase. Sleeps 13 plus-2 pullout beds and bunk beds in the finished basement with full bathroom and kitchenette. We have a full entertainment room with 75 inch screen tv with Bose surround sound, tournament size pool table, ping pong table, darts, etc. (all gaming for adults only or child supervision). Darts not available for children under 12 or poor players. Play at your own risk. (There should be no holes on the walls from darts, also no jumping the ball on pool table). The 2 bedrooms upstairs have a shared bathroom with a small jacuzzi. One bedroom on the main floor and has its own bathroom. In the finished basement, the bunk beds which sleeps three has a private setting and there is a touch screen computer in there in case you need to access the internet. There are 2 pullout queen size sofa beds in the main section of the basement. It has a dry bar and professional Bose PA system for your karaoke needs or events with a 55 inch screen tv. The custom kitchen is well equipped for any gourmet cooking with extra fridge and coffee bar. The living room has a large sectional couch with additional seating on each side of the fireplace with a 65” curve tv. All bedrooms has its own tv with Roku except for the first floor guest.
House Rules- All parking to the right side driveway of house and in front of the garage. Please do not block the main driveway as the caretaker needs access to their vehicles in the side/back of the yard. The caretakers are in and out as they work but are available anytime if you need to assistance figuring out how anything works. No noise past 10pm outside. Strictly No smoking in the house.
