Awesome entertaining space to enjoy shared mealtime experiences. The gourmet kitchen featuring highest quality appliances and butlers pantry. The fully equipped kitchen has a family sized fridge/freezer, bar fridge, kettle, toaster, pod machine, oven, microwave, sandwich press, rice cooker, and utensils, crockery, cutlery, as well as wine, beer and champagne glasses.
The open space living and dining flows through from beautiful kitchen onto the generous deck and terrace overlooking trees. From this spot, overlooking the beautiful views out to the native bushland, you can enjoy a glass of wine, socialising with friends and family or curl up with a book and absorb the peacefulness of the location.
The property sleeps 8. The Master bedroom with King size bed has generous sized WIR and ensuite, making it the perfect, tranquil parents retreat. Two more bedrooms and an office/ casual living room, which can be converted into a fourth bedroom affords flexibility with sleeping /living options.
The house is stocked with games and puzzles to suit all age groups. There is unlimited WIFI and the TV operates with Fetch and Chrome Cast- which allows you to cast from your phone or computer anything you wish to view. DVD player also available.
Reverse cycle heating /cooling and ceiling fans through out the house-including all bedrooms and outside entertaining areas-ensure all year round comfort.
Please note: Safety gate provided to use with stairs if needed.
Downstairs there is a huge lock up garage with space for 2 cars and table tennis table. As you make your way to the back yard you will find a warm water outdoor shower and well equipped outdoor kitchen with a 6 burner hooded barbecue, sink and preparation bench making it ideal for Family BBQ's and entertaining in the summer months. The backyard is landscaped and enclosed and there is a fire pit for after dinner marshmallows and s'mores.
Beautiful LIlli-Pilli beach is 600m away and it is a 15 minute walk to the local cafe 366 Espresso Bar for "start of the day" coffee.
There are so many beautiful beaches to explore in this area you will not be bored or disappointed. Another local attraction is Mogo Zoo and Mogo village with plenty of Cafes and craft stores to explore.
PLEASE BE AWARE OF THE FOLLOWING:
Each bed has mattress protectors, pillows and doonas. Guests need to bring their own sheets, pillow slips and towels (extra pillows and blankets are provided in the wardrobes).
Alternately you may wish to hire linen and towels etc from Blissful Bedding who will deliver and collect the linen from Carramar Dreaming. They also make up beds prior to arrival for an additional fee. Blissful Bedding is a local business which has been operating in Bateman's Bay for over six years.
Please leave the house neat and tidy. The BBQs and fire pit must be cleaned and the dishwasher put on for the cleaners prior to your departure.
