Positive: I rated this highly because the place was exactly as advertised and the host was genuinely wonderful. The view of Lake Como from the main living area was amazing!

Negative: A couple things to keep in mind: (a) the detached unit has no AC (the main house does), and the stairs up to it are steep and skinny enough to make you wish you had skipped that extra helping of pasta. (b) The drive up involves very steep, very twisty roads—great if you enjoy adrenaline, less great if you don’t. We found it pretty stressful, but none of that was due to anything misleading in the listing.

Summary: Great place, host was very communicative and on top of things. Caution with location (read review.)
