This beautiful, contemporary house is just 120 metres from the beach and surrounded by pine trees. The house can sleep up to 4 people has a charming private garden and makes a wonderful base for friends or family who want to relax on the Adriatic Coast and enjoy this beautiful region of Italy.
Access to the house is through the paved front garden. Here you will see the house’s unique curved windows, which make up the façade. The front door is up a short flight of steps and opens into the spacious living area. The living room is full of light thanks to the wall of windows looking out over the garden. It is furnished with a sofa, television and dining table and chairs. The separate kitchen is equipped with a cooker hob, oven, coffee machine (Italian moka) and fridge/freezer.

Lecce (30 minutes) is known as “the Florence of the South”, blessed with wonderful Baroque architecture as well as Roman ruins. It is a jewel of a city and well worth a visit. Not only for its long history but also for its excellent food and good shopping.
For a wide range of local produce, the twice-weekly market in Lecce is a treasure trove of the finest regional produce from fish, vegetables and fruit to olive oil and cheese. Alternatively, there are shops and a supermarket just 5 minutes from the house.
