Summary: Our host Stefano was amazing and very accommodating with our late arrival on the Lido. He met us outside and helped us with free parking and our luggage. The apartment is situated in the original part of Lido in a very nice quiet street despite being on intersection and has a beautiful garden lovingly tendered by his mum. The rooms are traditional Venetian, authentic, clean and comfortable. We were travelling with my mum and shared a bathroom which was perfectly fine. Stefano's breakfasts were the most delicious smorgasbord of fresh fruit, meats, cheeses and pastries and his coffee was excellent. He was helpful with directions and ferry times and made our stay very pleasant. If you're looking for an authentic Venetian stay than stay at Casa delle Rose. We will be back again!
